Our Story

Däsh Bakery was founded during the height of the pandemic in 2020 to provide freshly baked goods to peoples’ doorsteps. Lead by Master Swiss Pastry Chef and serial entrepreneur Christoph Brühwiler, Däsh Bakery strives to produce the finest European pastries and desserts your taste buds have ever had. Holding over 50 years of baking experience around the globe, Chef Brühwiler is eager to share his passion and love for the pastry arts in everything that Däsh Bakery has to offer. This holiday season, Däsh is excited to bring back our customer-favorite Holiday Stollen, a traditional European fruit-bread enjoyed during the month of December.
